Top Notch Service! Found CMI while searching online for a 'non-mall' jewelry store. SO glad I did! Went in to have a ring resized. Was greeted by Keith immediately and served with utmost care and expertise! I will be taking my other jewelry here for service even though it's covered under the 'mall store' warranty. It's not worth the hassle of poor customer service there. In over 10 years, my experience here was above and beyond any other I've had elsewhere; so I will pay them to service my jewelry from now on. Price and selection is superb! They even threw in a complimentary service for my bridal set. My repairs were estimated to take 2-3 days, but they were ready the next day!

CMI is fantastic! When my husband was picking out my engagement ring 7 years ago he specially had it made with hearts in the setting!! Then just a few weeks ago he purchased me a second wedding band.
