Customer service was good. Getting jewelry back from being repaired sucks
Found the employees to be patient pretty close to the best I've ever dealt with. I'm 59 years old so that's saying a lot. I have so many good thing to say about the experience I had in this store. I guess the best way to say it is that you don't have enough stars to indicate my overall satisfaction with this store. So let me just double it and give them be 10 stars.
Never use Zales at triangle town center!! They have horrible customer service and are dishonest. Went to two other Zales locations when out of town to look at wedding bands- picked one out and they wrote down the item number and quoted a price around $500. Went to the local Zales at triangle town to buy and had to 'special order' due to sizing so the sticker price was on the receipt when we placed the order- around $900. However, they told us they would apply all the discounts when we picked up the ring. The ring finally came in on the Day of our wedding! Talk about stress. My mother in law went to pick up the ring and NO discounts were applied. Paid the full sticker price and when I went there to check on the actual price, they told me that it was the smaller size diamond that was the quoted $500 price, not the ring I purchased. What a joke. They didn't want to help me at all. Save yourself the trouble and the money and go to Reeds or Helzburg! Found the same ring, same size diamonds for almost $300 cheaper at Reeds!
I went into the store Tuesday, December 26th around 4:50pm. When I walked in one employee was helping a customer, however there was 3 more employees talking amongst each other and completely ignored me for 2-3 minutes. It got to the point where my boyfriend & are we’re literally staring at the 3 women waiting for them to finish their “important conversation” to do their job. After waiting 3 minutes, finally Miranda the assistant MANAGER realizes that she should stop talking and come she if we need assistance. Instead of her apologizing for the terrible customer service she looks at us and asks has anyone helped us yet after she sat there and saw us waiting for 3 minutes. All I needed is to get a ring sized that was given to me for Christmas, but I’d probably never spend another dime in this store.
the manager is rude, disrespects customers and is extremely impatient when asked a simple question. Snappy.
