My boyfriend and I went in on Halloween and were allowed to buy tickets and food and were then told that we could not go in to the theater due to my boyfriends Halloween make up on his face. The manager walked by us multiple times, before making his own judgment to not allow us to go into the theater. When requesting the refund we had to wait about 10 minutes for the manager to process the refund. He disappeared with my credit card and I had to hunt him down. When I found him he was going from theater to theater checking to see if other people had make up. He was absolutely disrespectful and had horrible customer service skills. I will never return to this theater and I recommend that no one give service to a theater like this. Absolutely disgusted!
In a convenient location at corner of Six Forks Road and I-440. Parking is easy in the parking deck under the mall. Lots of restaurants adjacent to the theater. Theater has comfortable seating. Theater shows 3D movies too. I highly recommend not watching horror movies here because I have seen people incredibly loud and rude in the theater on more than 1 occasion during those viewings.
I've come to really enjoy this theater. The seats are very comfortable and the employees at the concession stand are very polite. As long as seats remain first come first serve I will continue giving it my business.
Nice area and good parking but it is really infested with a lot of questionable people who just kinda loiter around the benches and outside tables. It doesn’t feel very safe, particularly at night. Overall it is a well designed area but could use a lot more security.
Staff is Great! I lost two earrings that were a gift from my husband for our 30th wedding anniversary. The manager was a dream and went out of his way to find them! Thanks so much....
