Took the family to see Star Wars. Very busy place(as expected). The theatre has set up a ticket system for people waiting to see the show. As you enter that theatre Lobby you are directed to a large back room to wait. You are given a colored ticket which corresponds to a colored marker in the ceiling. When it is time to enter the actual theatre you will stand in your colored ticket line in number order. While you wait they had games, legos, a movie playing and lots of seating to pass the time. It was well organized moved quickly once it was time to go into the movie. I recommend using the restroom before the movie starts. The line to the restrooms after the movie let out for both guys and gals was very long. Parking in the musem parking lot is $2.00 per hour.

If you're Seating in the top half of the theater is amazing. The closer your get to the screen the more vertical your head becomes, quicker then a regular movie. That didn't bother so much as the movie was in 3D and everything was blurry. This IMO is too small of a space to fit that many seats. It was not enjoyable. We saw Star Wars the last jedi and when the movie was over the entire back half of the movie theater applauded and the front half was silent, coincidence? I bet this theater loses about half there repeat customers depending on where they are seated the first time they go. If you expect to get a good seat go very, very early. We arrived an hour early and we were #205&206. That's right they give you #s you walk in the door and you go into the theater the same order. So if you don't want a disappointing night show up at least 2 hours before showtime. Possibly earlier if it's a highly anticipated movie.

Awful first time experience. Sitting here outside the theater at the concession stand because we couldn’t get seats together inside. We got here 45 minutes before the movie started. No one could tell us where to pick up our tickets. The email said Will Call box but there was no such place. We kept being sent from one place to another. Finally 30 minutes later we got the tickets that I prepaid for online and paid an extra $4 for just so would not have to go through this. By the time we got our tickets we were way up in boarding pass 210 and 211. We waited for them to call yellow passes. They said to stay in numerical order. No one stayed in numerical order!! People with higher numbers than us were way ahead of us in line. I told one of the staff no one was in line and she just laughed and said I guess people don’t no numerals. I didn’t find this amusing. By the time we got into the theater we had to either sit in the very front row which is horrible, or sit separately because people were leaving seats between them and no one asked them to slide down. So here we are having to wait for the next show which means paying another $8 for parking. So far I have spent $55 for two people to see a movie. They wouldn’t give us our money back or we would have just left. This theater needs to get it together. This is ridiculous and I will be posting all over social media.

Like/love watching the latest Star Wars episode or another epic flick on the big screen? Then I recommend seeing it at Marbles IMAX. Cheap, nearby parking and helpful staff. The whole experience for Episode VIII draws you in: pre-movie trivia, a Leia-shaped stick figure outside the women's bathroom, and themed confessions.

My children and I went to see Star Wars, as we did two years before. Let me just say that the Marbles staff did an amazing job!! Decor, atmosphere, games, guests, comfort and outstanding service! We were never happier with a movie experience. Thank you again Marbles!
